I am passionate about implementing social emotional literacy (SEL) through the framework of PBIS and creating school cultures that are trauma-informed, whole-child focused and builds resilience for all students. I consider myself a servant and transformational leader working toward the betterment of children's lives through building equitable access to all support services at all tiers or levels of need.
