In 2014, MDUSD introduced and organized PBIS Coordinators meeting to encourage networking and best practices. TFI features 1.3, 1.5, 1.6 and 1.13 indicated a gap between documentation and implementation due to implicit bias. The Equity Department restructured Coordinators Meetings to include training on cultural competency.
