This presentation will describe and share preliminary results from a federally-funded project to address discipline disproportionality by race. Project ReACT is a full-year professional development intervention for schools implementing PBIS but still experiencing discipline disproportionality. The presenter will share the approach, school-wide and classroom strategies, and initial findings regarding effectiveness.
