High leverage practices (HLPs) are HOW we put PBIS to work in our day to day interactions with students. Efficient and effective, HLPs facilitate fluency building in academic and social-emotional skills. Sharpen those instructional strategies and go from good to great. Objectives: List and give examples of three high leverage classroom practices. Describe the relationship between high leverage classroom practices and skill fluency. Identify reliable resources for more information on high leverage practices.
