Before we can restore, we must build!  Everything we do in our PBIS framework relies on the strength of our Tier I work, in the classroom and school-wide. Join us as we focus on examples of relationship building Tier I strategies. Objectives: Describe the connection between supportive relationships, readiness to learn, and trauma informed care. Identify 2-3 strategies to explicitly build positive relationships with students and staff. Identify resources for more information on relationship building in Tier I.
