Jenny is a Reading Specialist and Literacy Coach for Hamilton Unified School District, and serves in PLC Leadership. She has taught English in grades 6-12 and K-6 Reading. She's an avid reader, and recommends you check out The Other Slavery: The Uncovered Story of Indian Enslavement in America, by Andrés Reséndez, which will fill in the many missing pieces in an educator's understanding of American history.
Jenny's work includes ELA leadership and collaboration within Hamilton Unified's hardworking professional learning community.
With the support of Glenn County Office of Education, Jenny will continue to facilitate a series of 2018-2019 workshops to support a network of Benchmark Advance educators and administrators in the region.
