4-E: Strengthening Your Tier 2 Implementation: Using Fidelity Measures to Promote Growth in Tier 2 Implementation
TFI Item 2.12 focuses on fidelity of Tier 2 Interventions. Fidelity is asking the question, “Are we implementing the intervention correctly?” In this session, participants will view various ways to assess Tier 2 interventions. Participants will use a CICO Self-Assessment for action planning and will also develop an evaluation plan for their school’s Tier 2 interventions.

4-F: A PBIS Journey of Success and Sustainability
The story of how our school went from chaos to gold recognition.
This is the story of Jones Elementary School in San Bernardino CA and how we achieved gold recognition. The presentation takes the audience through the timeline of our implementation and shows the correlation between our PBIS success and our increase in test scores. The presentation will explain our Tier 1 and Tier 2 supports and interventions, staff development, continued review of our system, forms that we have in place and our focus now on the sustainability of our system by developing a staff handbook specifically for PBIS.
