Cy Hiyane is a school psychologist in Clovis Unified School District in the central valley of California. Cy also serves as a CUSD District PBIS Leadership Coach, where he supports the implementation of the PBIS framework at multiple sites as well as participates on multiple district MTSS committees to promote the use of efficient and effective multi-tiered social-emotional and behavioral systems throughout Clovis Unified. Cy has worked in CUSD for 8 years and is currently completing his 6th year on the PBIS Leadership Team. Cy has experience in working at elementary and secondary sites as a site psychologist and coach in developing PBIS systems. In addition, Cy serves as an adjunct faculty professor at California State University Fresno, of which he is an alum. Cy is also the Board Secretary for the Central Valley Affiliate-California Association of School Psychologists (CVA-CASP).
