Kimberli Breen, MS, CAS, MA is a National Consultant affiliated with the University of Kansas SWIFT Center, KOI Education and Affecting Behavior Change Inc. supporting school improvement across the United States at the school, district, county and state-levels. Kimberli trains and coaches Multi-Tiered Systems of Support with a focus on Positive Behavior Support and Family-School Partnerships. She is the Family Ex-Officio on the international Association for Positive Behavior Support Board of Directors and uses Positive Behavior Support at home with her own son who has special needs. Past roles include School Counselor, School Psychologist, and PBIS District Coach. Kim’s also held leadership positions within the statewide MTSS/PBIS networks in Hawai’i, New York, Illinois and California. Her publications focus on family-driven, Tier 2, Tier 3, and system-wide implementation.
