My name is Mike Allen and I am fortunate to be the principal of Chapman Elementary School in Chico. I am entering my fourth year as principal of this amazing school. I started my career as a High School teacher and then became an Assistant Principal at Chico High before becoming the principal at Chapman Elementary.
It has been my mission to ensure that every Chapman student has a solid foundation to build their K-12 education. Chapman’s focus is on quality academics, socio-emotional development and problem-solving skills. Fostering a love of learning and inspiring young minds is a passion of mine. I strongly believe attending school at Chapman Elementary should be the best part of each student’s day!
